THE TROUBLE WITH BODIES is they keep messing up Patricia Alexander's plans, especially when one of those bodies belongs to a past boyfriend who married her ex-best friend. Nothing good can come from that combination. And when Patricia suspects that her ex-bff had something to do with her husband's demise, Patricia and her favorite hairdresser decide to do a little sleuthing of their own. This story features Patricia Alexander and hunky Detective Jack Terry from Stephanie Bond's Body Movers series, along with a new character, Kady Madison, who believes beauty supplies can be fatal. Love to hear from you...we can talk about Patricia and her new sleuthing abilities or Kady's hazardous combs or anything you find interesting!
Love that Jack is in your book, Mary! I'm using him, too. He's my favorite characters of Stephanie's. Can't get enough of the protective Alpha male.
Yep... Jack's a keeper. I wanted to use him so I killed off a character and Jack suddenly appeared on the page! Yum! What a great character...
Yum, indeed! And which character did you kill off? Can you say? Can you give a hint?
I introduced a few new characters, and one of them was so bad that he needed to die...but in an interesting way!Like I said in the blurb, beauty supplies can be fatal! HA!
Hi, I enjoyed the story! Just curious, had the story been longer, would Shane have put his ego aside and asked Patricia out again??
I'm hoping to write a squeal in the next few months...
